Getting help
Use the Contact page for download questions, account issues, scoring problems, match history bugs, sharing issues, privacy requests, subscription questions, or product feedback.
What to include
Include your device model, iOS version, app build number, the screen you were on, what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and whether the issue repeats after restarting the app.
Scoring and match issues
For score-entry problems, include the match format, singles or doubles, set scores, tie-break format, opponent name, court, and whether the match was saved, shared, or edited after completion.
Account and profile issues
For account, login, profile, notification, block, report, or deletion issues, include the action you were trying to complete and any visible error message.
Known beta limits
External beta builds focus on score tracking, match history, courts, sharing, player profiles, and feedback collection. Some analytics, media, subscriptions, notifications, and moderation features may be incomplete or unavailable.
Not officiating support
Rallio cannot resolve official match disputes, tournament rulings, line calls, safety incidents, medical issues, or disputes that happened outside the app. The product is designed for social tennis tracking and sharing.
Response expectations
Beta support is handled as capacity allows. Clear reproduction steps and screenshots usually make issues easier to diagnose.
