Delete your account
You can delete your Rallio account in the app, or ask us to delete it through our contact form. You do not need the app installed to ask. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

In the app
Open your profile, go to Account & Settings, then choose Delete Account and follow the prompts.

Without the app
Use our contact form, choose Privacy request as the topic, and say that you want your Rallio account deleted. Include the email address on your account so we can find it. We may need to confirm it is you before we complete the request.

What happens to your data
We delete or anonymise the personal information linked to your account, including your profile, active sessions, notifications, social records and the media you uploaded. Deleting your account permanently removes access to your match history, posts, analysis results and other account content.

What we may keep
We may keep limited information where we need it for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or legitimate business reasons. Content you shared with other people may remain in deleted, anonymised or limited form if removing it would change their records or conversations; we aim to remove your identity from it. Deleted information can stay in backups for a time until those backups are overwritten. We do not set a fixed period for these exceptions. Our Privacy Policy has the detail.

Subscriptions
Deleting your account or uninstalling Rallio does not cancel an app store subscription. Cancel it separately in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
