Privacy Policy
How Rallio handles account, match, court, sharing, analytics, and optional media information.
Information we collect
We collect the information needed to run Rallio, including account details, profile fields, player names, match records, score events, court selections, social actions, notification preferences, download and contact submissions, support requests, analytics events, and optional media metadata when you choose to attach recordings.
Match and profile history
Your match history may include opponents, doubles partners, scores, set formats, locations, surfaces, duration, notes, streaks, achievements, and share-card activity. We use this to build your tennis profile, show useful history, and make it easier to remember where and how you played.
Sharing and social features
When you create posts, comments, cheers, profile updates, or share cards, those actions may be visible to other players depending on the feature and your settings. Shared content can include your display name, profile image, match result, court context, and other details you choose to publish.
Optional media and analytics
If future builds allow video, images, or match recordings, those uploads will be optional. Rallio may use optional media to create estimated shot maps, trends, and review artifacts, but these features are not official officiating, line-calling, speed, spin, medical, safety, or tournament-grade decisions.
How we use information
We use information to provide the app, save match history, power profiles and courts, create share artifacts, send beta and product updates, respond to support requests, improve reliability, prevent abuse, debug errors, and understand which features are working.
Service providers
We may use trusted vendors for hosting, authentication, analytics, email delivery, crash reporting, payments, customer support, and similar operations. They may process information for Rallio only as needed to provide their services.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide Rallio, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and support account recovery. You can request deletion of account information where supported by the app and applicable law.
Controls
You can adjust profile visibility, notification preferences, block or report users, manage shared content, request an export, or request account deletion from Account & Settings when those controls are available in your build.
Contact and privacy requests
Use the Contact page for privacy requests, account requests, data questions, or support. Do not include sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the request.
